Preface Due to the successive development and steady expansion in the filed of constriction, building and reconstruction at a national scale, it was issued Law No. 6/1964 regarding design criteria and rules of construction and building works (Article 1), where Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities is responsible to implement this work.
