The recast TEN-E Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2022/869) requires ACER (Articles 11(2) and (3)) to provide an opinion on the draft single-sector Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) methodology for hydrogen infrastructure projects prepared by ENTSOG, to be taken into account by ENTSOG when amending its draft CBA methodology and submitting it to the European Commission for approval.
